My service tech, Anthony, communicated with me about the exact time he would be arriving. When he got to the house, he was friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and all-around wonderful to interact with. We did a walk through where we discussed problems, I voiced concerns, he explained the process for treating the problems I brought up, and he answered any and all questions I had. After he finished, he made sure that he had fully explained everything and that all of my questions had been answered. He was very professional and I am extremely pleased with the service.

Good morning, Nice to meet you. Today I was here for your initial pest service. Main concern is rodents inside. I placed bait stations where needed throughout. On the exterior I placed two rodent stations. Once mice feed it takes about 3-5 days for control. I applied a liquid residual to the exterior perimeter. On today’s visit, I inspected and treated the exterior. I began by inspecting exterior. There was vegetation touching the house and some algae in stones and on foundation of house. These are conducive conditions for ants and other crawling insects. To combat this, I applied carpenter ant bait to the tree out front, where the source of the activity could be. I then applied a liquid application to exterior foundation. This will eliminate them using a residual product. Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with ants. Upon arrival I spoke with you. You mentioned ants in your kitchen and throughout the downstairs. I observed ant trails from the cabinet down to the counter. I applied gel bait through the cabinets and in cracks and crevices along the counter. I also placed a bait arena behind the sink and on the window ledge in the dining room. Feel free to move those stations wherever you see ant activity. I also treated along the baseboards behind the tv stand in the living room. On the exterior, I didn’t find any trails or any issues at this time. I inspected for termites. I’m happy to report no termite activity at this time. Termite monitors were installed at all corners of the home. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation of the home to help with ant control.
