My service tech, Anthony, communicated with me about the exact time he would be arriving. When he got to the house, he was friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and all-around wonderful to interact with. We did a walk through where we discussed problems, I voiced concerns, he explained the process for treating the problems I brought up, and he answered any and all questions I had. After he finished, he made sure that he had fully explained everything and that all of my questions had been answered. He was very professional and I am extremely pleased with the service.

Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced interior exterior home. Started off by inspecting interior foam for potential past, rodent, and/or termite activity. Happy to report no termite activity was found during time of inspection, but heavy mouse droppings were found behind kitchen stove, as well as in basement. Large hole behind kitchen Stove, allowing mice access onto first floor. Recommend having this area professionally sealed to help control my activity. Rodent bait stations were installed in basement along sills, as well as on exterior form to help control and maintain activity. Look what application was applied along baseboards throughout first floor, as well as perimeter of basement to help control, spider and general pest activity. Termite monitors were also installed to each corner of home to help us, detect any potential future activity. Visible spiderwebs were removed, and a liquid application was applied along exterior foundation, as well as around doors and

Today I completed your upgrade to a complete pest control service including Sentricon. After surveying the exterior I installed 19 Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeters of home, & rear patio. I was very mindful of your flowers and flower/herb beds that surrounded home, & rear patio as requested. These stations will help control and monitor any termite activity. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Per your concern and the evidence of mice, preventative measures were taken today to solve your rodent issues. Because of the size of your home and amount of evidence 14 mouse bait stations and 10 mouse snap traps were placed throughout garage(6 MBS(1 in bottom wooden cabinet drawer), 5 snap traps), on basement sill(3 MBS, 6 snap traps), 1 station on basement top step, 1 station in pantry, and one station under stove in cabinet. 3 larger stations were placed on the exterior. This stations will help control and monitor any small rodent issues. A liquid residual was applied around the exterior front and sides of home. No chemicals were applied in the rear of the home because of the fish pond. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down any spider webs on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were installed on the exteriors corners of home.
