Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. No current interior issues. I started off inspecting the exterior. No issues to report. The rodent bait station had heavy feeding, all bait was gone. I replenished all bait. I then removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. A liquid treatment was applied to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect.
