I inspected the interior and exterior of the home for any visible signs of termite activity and found none at this time. I installed 4 termite monitors on the exterior to monitor termite activity. I removed the cobwebs from the exterior of the home. I applied a liquid residual treatment to the interior in the kitchen for general pest control focusing on carpenter ants. I scattered granular carpenter ant bait on the exterior foundation of the home and detached garage for carpenter ant activity. A different liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows and the sides of doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control. Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is mice. Upon arrival I spoke with your husband. He showed me where evidence of mice droppings are. I saw droppings behind the stove, under the sink cabinet, and in the pantry. I placed a rodent bait station in all these areas. In the living room I placed a rodent bait station behind the county since there was mice droppings as well. In the basement I didn’t see any evidence of rodent issues. The basement is current under construction so it isn’t that evident of issues at this time. Once the basement is finished a thorough inspection can be done. On the exterior, I inspected for termites. I’m happy to report, no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I placed a rodent bait station behind the HVAC unit. Today I completed your premium pest control service. I started by treating the kitchen area for roaches. I apply a liquid treatment to the entire kitchen perimeter. This will help eliminate the roaches and all other insects that may arise. Also treated the exterior perimeter with a liquid residual solution that will help eliminate any seasonal insects that move through the treated areas. I inspected the interior and exterior for any visible signs of termite, entry points for rodents and found none at this time. I applied roach gel bait to cracks and crevices, hinges and cabinets for roach control. I placed roach bait stations in the kitchen for roach control. I placed glue traps in the kitchen to monitor pest activity. I applied an insect growth regulator in aerosol form to mitigate the roach population. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the interior and exterior of the home for general pest control focusing on roaches. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the office. First I inspected all interior MBS and there was only 1 station with very minimal rodent activity in the basement, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed except for the couple of stations that had soft bait in them. Next I inspected all exterior RBS and there was only minimal rodent activity in the one station around the home and the one station around the back of the property, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, detached garage, detached shed, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Additionally I replenished the exterior rodent bait station on left side of house. There was light feeding. Please allow 2 to 3 hour dry time and 10 to 14 days for treatment to reach full effect. On today’s visit, I inspected and treated the apartments in your buildings. I began by applying a liquid application to interior baseboards. Many of the tenants had miscellaneous items and food items out. These are conducive conditions for roaches, mice, rats and other insects. It is very important to ensure all food is away and tenants store their things in an organized fashion.
