On today’s visit, I treated the interior and exterior with a liquid application for ants and roaches, set snap traps for mice and bait stations in unfinished closets. The front closet has an open area that allows for insect and rodent travel. It is important to have this sealed. The closet in the back is sealed and that is the best thing to do in terms of eliminating a rodent problem. I will put a note in that we will be back with the exterior station and glue boards. Today I completed your termite sentricon service. I inspected the termite above ground station that was in the basement and no activity was found, I removed the station. On today’s visit, I treated yellow jackets underneath window trim. After about 2 to 3 days, the wasps should become lethargic, 5 to 7 days activity should die down significantly, and 10 to 14 days, the nest should be neutralized. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Additionally I replenished all exterior rodent bait stations (moderate feeding). Also, removed all visible spider webs around home. We will be back to do backyard. On today’s visit I inspected and treated interior and exterior. Additionally I added 2 mouse bait stations to upstairs bedrooms, 2 in living area and 1 in laundry room. The exterior station that was there had been chewed by squirrels so I replaced it with a new station. You mentioned having the A/C company install a new air conditioner last year. There were 3 holes that mice could enter from in this area. I plugged each hole with copper mesh. Please seal these holes permanently to exclude rodents and insects from entering. I then inspected garage and all looked fine with the doors; however, the siding of garage doors could use either replacement or sealing it flush to driveway with a store bought foam sealant. Also, removed all visible spider webs around home. Please allow 2 to 3 hour dry time and 10 to 14 days for treatment to reach full effect
