Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire unit along the baseboard to help eliminate roach activity. Next I applied roach gel bait in all top and bottom cabinets. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I inspected all interior MBS and there was only 1 station with very minimal rodent activity in the basement, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed except for the couple of stations that had soft bait in them. Next I inspected all exterior RBS and there was only minimal rodent activity in the one station around the home and the one station around the back of the property, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, detached garage, detached shed, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Additionally I replenished the exterior rodent bait station on left side of house. There was light feeding. Please allow 2 to 3 hour dry time and 10 to 14 days for treatment to reach full effect. On today’s visit, I inspected and treated the apartments in your buildings. I began by applying a liquid application to interior baseboards. Many of the tenants had miscellaneous items and food items out. These are conducive conditions for roaches, mice, rats and other insects. It is very important to ensure all food is away and tenants store their things in an organized fashion. Good morning Keisha, Today I completed your initial premium plus service. I started by installing your termite monitors. Will inspect these on each visit. The monitors will let us know if they’re termites on the property. I also applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation. This will help eliminate any seasonal insects that may arise. I added two large bait stations to the exterior perimeter. One at the left side of the home and at the right. On the interior, I placed multiple rodent bait stations in the unfinished portion of the basement. I sealed up a possible rodent entry under the kitchen sink with copper mesh. I recommend going over the mesh with a foam sealent spray to help lock it in place. I also applied a liquid treatment throughout the perimeter of the basement to help control your cricket activity. On today’s visit, I inspected for termites and found no activity at this time. I placed 4 termite monitors around the house to inspect on each visit for activity. I then decided to place mouse bait stations between first floor and basement ceiling, along the sil plates, so as to effectively monitor activity, along with reducing population via rodenticide. I added 2 exterior rodent stations to control and monitor population from exterior. I then applied a liquid application to exterior foundation, windows and doors to combat seasonal insects; also taking down spider webs. On today’s visit, I treated the interior and exterior with a liquid application for ants and roaches, set snap traps for mice and bait stations in unfinished closets. The front closet has an open area that allows for insect and rodent travel. It is important to have this sealed. The closet in the back is sealed and that is the best thing to do in terms of eliminating a rodent problem. I will put a note in that we will be back with the exterior station and glue boards.
