Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I started inside where I inspected all mouse bait stations and found heavy activity in the basement, front living room, and 2nd floor. I replaced all of the bait and added 7 more bait stations throughout the home. Outside I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I checked the rodent bait station and found minimal activity. I replaced the bait accordingly. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect.
