Good morning I completed your initial service today. I started by crawling under the back deck and into the crawlspace. During my exploration, I found one dead rat and one dead mouse. The mouse looks like it has been dead for a while. The rat may have died within the past couple days. I removed the rat and placed bait in the crawlspace. I did not see any signs of a nest under the porch or in the crawlspace. There is one area in the crawlspace that they could be using as a nest. It is far more likely that if there is a nest it is under the shed. I placed a large bait station next to the shed and one next to the back deck. During my interior inspection, I looked around for carpenter ants and could not see any at this time. I still placed ant bait gel by the basement door and by the living room door. I also placed four termite monitors on the corners of the house. These are to help us monitor for future termite activity. Please allow at least two weeks for the treatments full effect. As a
