Good afternoon, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your initial pest control service. I inspected throughout the interior for evidence of termites and found powder post beetle activity. As this does make the property ineligible for our Premium Plus program, an office representative will reach out about either downgrading or upgrading your coverage. For today, I treated throughout the interior of the basement with a liquid residual targeting ants, spiders, and crickets. I also sprinkled some granular bait in the inaccessible areas of the basement for these pests. I added glue boards to trap and monitor insects. I placed four small bait stations for mice in the basement as well. On the exterior, I removed any wasp and hornets nests found. One paper wasp nest was active, so I used an aerosol to treat it before removing it. I also placed a total of four large rodent bait stations: 2 at the house, 1 inside the barn door, and 1 outside the chicken coop. Please allow two to three week
