Good afternoon. My name is Mark Ray. It was a pleasure meeting you today. I was at your home today to perform your initial premium service. After my inspection, I determined to place seven mouse bait stations on the interior of your home. One in the drawer under the stove. Another under the kitchen sink cabinet. One behind the dresser in the middle upstairs bedroom. Another in front of the dresser in the front bedroom. One under the basement stairs. Another in the sill plate over top of the washer and dryer in the basement. And then another on the floor next to the washer and dryer. I also placed a large rodent base station in the rear of the home right in front of the exterior crawlspace. Additionally, I removed all visible spiderwebs from the exterior and treated a perimeter of your home, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pest. I also sealed a couple of exterior entrances
