Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Visible cobwebs and inactive wasp nest were knocked down. I then installed four termite monitors. I also, applied a liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, sheds, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. A rodent bait station was put down by the HVAC unit to help deter the rodents from getting inside. I inspected all the areas of concern inside and only found signs of droppings up in the attic. Customer mentioned that she had not seen any activity in the basement or first floor for a few weeks now. She’s only heard scratching in the attic and seen dropping as well.
