I inspected the exterior and interior of your home for any termite activity or damage as well as any pest or rodent activity or entry points. No visible termite activity or damage was found on the exterior or interior of your home at this time. Rodent entry points found via open garage doors and hole on right rear side of home borrowed underneath home. Rodent feces also found into attic spaces on both sides of children’s bedrooms. I installed four termite monitors outside of your home, one at each corner. I installed six rodent bait stations inside your home, two are in each of the attic spaces on either side of your child’s bedroom And two are placed inside the garage. I placed three large rodent bait stations on the exterior of your home.
