I was truly impressed with Carlos‘s knowledge and ability to help me navigate and identify a concern. He was so informative and passionate. I was fascinated by what I learned through him and this new knowledge has put our concerns to rest. He is also patient and flexible regarding treating around parts of our home that had become project areas. He’s a keeper!
