It was great to speak with you today Mrs. Landau before I started your initial inspection/service. If you could thank your housekeeper for walking me around the house and showing me areas of concern that would be greatly appreciated. Today I inspected the home from top to bottom for any and all pest activity. While inside, I didn’t see much of any activity at all, however, I did inspect the unfinished parts of the basement looking for any signs of termite activity. While I was in the basement, I did not observe anything on the joists or on the floor areas.When I was finished downstairs, I inspected the bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms as well as the kitchen and bathrooms. I did install four termite monitors two in the front and the back of your home we will be inspecting these at the quarterly services. I also install some rodent control devices in the garage in the back of your home. Also behind the garage. I also applied a non-repellent liquid solution on the interior of your home as well as on the exterior also in the garage also on the exterior of the garage, getting ants, spiders, crickets, stink, bugs, and other general pest.
