Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. A liquid residual product was applied to the exterior around windows, doorways, and cracks and crevice. This will prevent seasonal pest activity. I also, applied a moisture activated granular around the outside. Customer said there are no issues inside. Today I completed your quarterly premium pest control service. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down any spider webs on the exterior. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. The 2 exterior rodent bait stations were inspected. High activity was found and the station by the ac unit was damaged. It was replaced with a new station and both were refreshed with new bait. Today I completed your premium quarterly pest control service. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exteriors of home and rear sheds. Per your concern for ants inside home, 3 ant gel baited arenas were given to be placed wherever ants are being seen on the interior. The damage on right rear shed, appears to be just water damage, no termites were seen. The wet wood is attracting ants though. All 4 interior mouse stations in shed were inspected. No new activity was found. All stations were refreshed with new bait. Please allow up to 7-10 days to see a decrease in any activity. And contact our office if you have any questions or concerns. Today I completed your premium pest control service. I started off by inspecting the property, I found two mice entry points which I took a picture of and posted on your portal. I recommend using insulation foam or concrete to seal the hole. I also, found start up nest for cicadas killers by the shed area. I recommend watering the lawn especially the area by the shed to avoid any further future activity. A liquid residual product was applied to the shed and around the cicada mounts to eliminate them. I sprayed with a different liquid residual application around all windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help eliminate ants and other seasonal pest. Please allow 10-14 days to see best results. All visible cobwebs were knocked down on the outside as well as two wasp nest (one by the pool side chair and by the outside back porch).
