The home has no termite history, nor does it have any activity at this time. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. Greenix is currently treating the exterior and when you discontinue with them, we will pick up where they left off. I placed rodent stations in the kitchen, living area, basement, crawlspace, garage, and attic. These will kill and control rodents. Both garage doors need replacement weatherstripping at the bottom.
