Good afternoon. My name is Mark Ray. Today I completed a regularly scheduled quarterly service. I removed all spiderwebs and treated the perimeter of the property, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. I also replenished the exterior rodent stations and interior mouse stations. The exterior rodent stations were completely empty. I added two mouse bait stations, one on the second floor and another on the third floor. Additionally, I installed several glue traps as well. I did not notice any other issues today. However, I strongly recommend trimming back some of the vegetation around the home in order for us to be able to provide the most effective treatment, and to also be able to identify any other possible entry points.
