I had a follow up termite inspection and I got excellent costumer service from James Ruiz. He came in my house for a termite inspection and when he was looking in my basement he pointed out some chewed up wood in the corner of my house I never noticed. He was very knowledgeable and had expert customer service. It was great having an expert at my house find the issue before it became a problem and he did such a great job I wanted to give a review of my experience.
