Hello, today I completed your initial service. I inspected the interior and exterior. No rodent issues were found inside. Ant activity was reported by the tenants in the bathroom. I placed an ant bait arena in the area where activity was reported. I placed rodent bait stations at the exterior on each side of the house and next to the shed. I also installed a termite monitor at each corner of the exterior. I recommend that all feed for animals is kept in a secure container to keep rodents from gaining access to it. Please allow up to two weeks for the insect control treatment to take effect. If any new pest issues come up, please call for an appointment.
