Good afternoon Chris. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We addressed your concerns of rat activity in the backyard area. We placed two exterior rodent bait stations up against the rear of the home along with one bait station up against the fence where live activity was found. We do recommend removing the birdfeeders or moving them 50 feet from the home as this could be attracting and is a food source for rodents. We performed a liquid residual, insecticide treatment around the foundation of the home to help control ants any other surface crawling insects. We performed a termite inspection to find no termite activity along with placing termite monitoring devices on the four corners of the home that will be checked on your quarterly services.
