Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I started out inspecting the exterior and removing all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. No issues to report. The rodent bait stations all had light feeding at this time, I replenished all bait. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. Today I completed your premium pest control service. All previous mice bait stations in the basement, garage, and crawlspace were inspected and replenished there was no activity at all. I then knocked down all visible cobwebs on the exterior of your home. A liquid residual application was applied to all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. Exterior rodent bait station was also checked and replenished there was no activity. I then treated the area where the yellow jackets were nesting with an aerosol and liquid application. Avoid the treated area for the remainder of the day. Allow 10-14 days to see best results. On the exterior I inspected termite monitors, no activity. I applied a liquid to the exterior perimeter. Treated carpenter bee drilling at the bench, and removed a few wasp nests at gazebo. After inspection, I’m happy to report it’s not termite swarmers. I then inspected both crawlspaces. All glue boards had minor insect and spider activity. I replaced all glue boards in each crawlspace. On the exterior, I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation of the home and detached garage to help with ants and other seasonal pests. The bait stations both on front by the garage had heavy feedings all bait was gone. The station on the right side had moderate feeding. I replenished all bait.
