Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. You mentioned not seeing any evidence of mice since initial treatment. I’m very happy to hear the positive report. I started off inspecting all rodent bait stations in the kitchen. All the stations had no feeding at this time. I then inspected all rodent bait stations in the basement. As I expected, heavy feeding in all traps. All bait was gone. I replenished all bait stations. You also mentioned having ants around your front door threshold. I applied a gel bait where I saw ants trailing from the closet to the front door. On the exterior, the termite monitors had no activity at this time. Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Todays targeted issue is with mice and carpenter ants. I started off inspecting the kitchen. Mice droppings observed in the cabinets. I packed rodent bait stations under the sink cabinet, and in the drawer on the kitchen. I then applied gel bait along the back of the counter to help with carpenter ant activity. In the basement, you had bait stations when you used our services in the past. I refilled those stations and added two more. One on the sill plate and one behind the bar where I saw mice droppings. On the exterior, I’m happy to report no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors: we will inspect these every quarterly visit. I placed a rodent bait station on the left side of the home. Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced interior and exterior of home. Started off by inspecting for termite activity. Happy to report, none was found at this time. Liquid application was applied along baseboards throughout first floor, and basement to help control general pest activity. Also, termite monitors were installed to 4 corners of home to help monitor any possible future activity. A liquid application was applied along foundation, around doors and windows, around second floor windows in back of home to help control general pest activity. No issues to report. I then inspected the rodent bait stations inside the garage. Old bait at this time. I updated both stations. On the exterior, the bush by the side door is touching the house. You mentioned possibly removing it. If you plan to keep the bush, I recommend trimming it back off the house. Insects and rodents can use the branches to enter the home. I then inspected for termites, happy to report no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors. We will inspect these every visit. I then applied a liquid treatment around all doors and windows for stink bug control. Most stations had heavy feeding. I then inspected and replenished all exterior rodent bait stations. Around the detached garage, home, pool filter, and shed. Heavy feeding as well. Our bait station by the shed is diffuse to access due to thorn bush and personal item against the shed that is blocking our bait station. Good morning, today I completed your initial premium pest control service. The primary concern of today’s visit was rodents. I started with the exterior looking for entry points in any signs of pest. I was able to locate multiple possible rodent entry points. So I was able to fill up a copper mesh but there was one very large entry point in which I pointed out to you that will need to be sealed up by yourself or a professional. As an added measure of protection, I added two large bait stations to the exterior perimeter. This will help eliminate the rodents by feeding. Also in the boiler room place multiple glue boards and snap traps. I did not place any bait stations in this room due to your concern about your cats eating the mice that consume the bait. I also removed any visible webbing from the exterior perimeter. You did not want any liquid treatment on the exterior for today’s service. Good morning Andrew. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is crickets in the basement. I started off inspecting the basement. You have two dehumidifiers in the basement. This is an effective tool to help combat crickets and other insects. I placed glue boards around the perimeter of the basement to help monitor and control crickets activity. In the garage I saw some mice droppings in the right corner of the garage. I placed 3 rodent bait stations at the corner of each door. Noticed a slight gap at the bottom right corner of the one garage door.recommend having that repaired.
