Good morning Kate. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We addressed your concerns of mice activity. We added three exterior rodent bait stations around the outside of the home to help monitor and control any activity that may be on the outside. No recent activity reported on the interior, however, if activity picks up on the inside, please contact our office to set up a service call. We inspected the exterior of the home to find one possible entry point on the front left corner of the home around the stone façade, and we filled that up with some copper mesh. No other obvious visible entry points found during inspection. We treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual insecticide to help control surface crawling insects. We performed a termite inspection to find no termite activity at the time of service, along with placing termite monitoring stations on the corners of the home that will be checked on your quarterly service.
