Good afternoon today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Todays targeted issue is ants. Upon arrival I spoke with your daughter. She mentioned ants around the house and hot tub. I inspected the exterior for termites. Happy to report no termite activity. I then installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I saw ant around the foundation and the hot tub. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. I also spot treated around the hot tub for ant activity. I noticed the window to the basement was open or missing. I recommend having that fix to keep rodents and insects out of the basement.
