The service entails removing visible cobwebs around entryway, treating the exterior perimeter, window & door trim, the deck, (if there’s one) with a liquid residual application. Furthermore, I treated the bathrooms and window trim in each room in the house, with a different liquid residual treatment. These treatments will assist in controlling pests activity, such as, ants, boxelder bugs, centipedes, crickets, spiders, general pests, and stink bugs. Initially, you may see an uptick in the pest activity, don’t be alarmed, this is normal. Please allow two weeks to let the treatment have its full effectiveness. I also inspected the exterior & interior bait stations for rodent activity. Next I checked exterior bait station there was no activity. I did replace the bait with fresh bait. After that, I sprayed a liquid treatment all along your foundation walls, underneath your first floor, windows and entryways. I inspected all interior bait stations, which only the one in your basement in the laundry room was empty, but all bait stations will replenish with fresh bait. Both Exterior bait stations showed minimal activity but were replenished with fresh bait. I applied a liquid, non repellent solution to the interior foundation of your home in the basement bedroom, and a bathroom and kitchen areas. I also applied a different liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation of your home targeting all general pest this time of year. Today I completed your pest control service. I have applied a liquid residual treatment to the exterior foundation, windows and doors, as well as around the deck as requested then replenish to be no the interior bait stations. Most stations showed no feeding activity and a few showed minor feeding activity. I also removed the dead mouse from the upstairs closet.
