Hello, today I was here for your commercial quarterly service. You reported noticing a little bit of mice activity during today’s visit. First I inspected all interior MBS throughout the entire building and there was very minimal rodent activity in one station in the storefront, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. Next, I inspected and replaced all glue boards due to minimal pest activity. Then I inspected all exterior RBS and there was medium to heavy rodent activity in all stations, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. Then I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire store along the baseboards as they preventative for a general pest. During my inspection, I did find a possible entry point where the AC unit pipe enters on the right-hand side of the building that I placed copper mesh in the area to try and help eliminate possible entry points for rodents/pests. Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. You reported no issues interior so I treated around the exterior during today’s visit. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, detached garage, detached shed, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, detached garage, detached shed, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. last I inspected the three exterior RBS and there was medium rodent activity in both of the stations around the home and heavy activity in the station around the detached garage, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. Hello! Today I completed your Premium Plus Pest initial service for fleas. Upon arrival, we spoke about heavy activity in upstairs, back left bedroom and some activity in daughter’s room. I treated all available interior baseboards with a liquid residual for general pests. I also treated carpeted areas with an aerosol for fleas. As we spoke about, please continue to vacuum consistently through out the week. I will set a 1-week follow up to keep on top of issue. Aside from the follow up, we will be back out in 30-days for your first quarterly service. Please keep out of home for 4-hours or until product is dry. Good morning today I completed your Premium plus pest Control quarterly service. You reported ants at the front at the tree and walkway. I inspected the termite monitors and they had no activity. I treated the basement, kitchen and exterior, tree, walkway with a liquid residual for ants and general insect control. I inspected the interior rodent stations. They had no activity. I replaced the glue traps. I maintained the exterior rodent stations. They had little to no activity. I replaced the bait in both stations. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points.
