Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I checked the termite monitors and found no activity. Good morning Todd! Today I completed your Premium Plus Pest initial service for ants. Upon arrival, you showed me ants trailing on kitchen trash can, around window/baseboards, and kitchen counter tops. You also explained how you were previously getting ants in bathrooms, but no activity was seen, in the bathrooms, during this visit. I applied an ant gel to cracks and crevices to baseboard behind kitchen trash can, window trim, and counter tops. I also applied some to cracks and crevices around bathroom sinks and baseboards in bathrooms. I started exterior treatment by removing visible and accessible cobwebs using my Webster pole. I installed termite monitors to each corner of home. I also treated exterior perimeter of home with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. It was nice to meet you today. Per your concern for ants, I placed some gel baited arenas in kitchen, in bathroom and in family room. These arenas can be moved wherever ants are being seen on the interior. Also a liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. A Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were installed on the exterior corners of home. These stations will be inspected on future visits. All these applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. Please allow 10-14 days to see a decrease in activity. And contact our office if you have any questions or concerns.
