Today I completed your Premium plus pest initial service. You reported the ants going in the wall just under the back door but don’t see them inside. I inspected for termites on the exterior. I found no activity. I placed nontoxic termite monitors at the corners of the home. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I removed several mud wasp nests from the exterior. I used a liquid residual to treat around the foundation, windows and doorways to kill and control ants and general insects. I gel baited several ant trails and possibly several different colonies of ants around the original area of concern. You may see an increase in ant activity as they eat the gel bait to take it back to the colony. They should come out in masses and go away overnight. Then a small re-emergence may happen about a week later. Please do not use any other substances. It may render the treatment ineffective. Today completed your commercial quarterly pest control service. I started off by treating the restaurant with a liquid residual for general insect. I replaced all glue traps in the restaurant and checked all rodent stations inside the restaurant. The restaurant had minimal activity. I noticed there was a lot of food and grease on the floor. I recommend having these areas cleaned up properly as this will help produce mouse activity. I replace glue traps in the basement and treated in the basement of restaurant as well. However, the store had a high activity in ran stations and glue traps. I explained to Mr. to keep up on general maintenance and also to switch from cardboard to plastic containers to store food in. This will help prevent mice from chewing into products that are being stored in storeroom. I treated the interior of store with a liquid residual for general insect and for roaches all glue traps were replaced in store. I checked the exterior stations which had a minimal activi

Good morning! Today I completed your quarterly service. I inspected interior mouse bait stations and have no activity this service. Glue boards were replaced as needed. I replenished both exterior bait stations as needed. I treated both the interior of the home as well as the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general insect prevention.
