Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with mice, spiders , and ants. I started off by placing glue traps on the pantry room, crawlspace, and storage closet to help monitor and control spiders. You informed me no glue traps and liquid treatments in bathrooms or any rooms where the door wasn’t closed due to your cat having access to all the rooms. In the garage, I placed rodent bait stations at each corners to help with mice control. I saw light mice droppings at this time. On the exterior, I placed a rodent bait station by the AC unit on the right side of the home for rodent control. I inspected for termites. I’m happy to report, no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors in which we will inspect every quarterly visit. I recommend having all the car parts on the side of the house cleaned up. This creates harborage for rodents and insects.
