Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Todays targeted issue is with mice and a few roaches. Upon arrival I spoke with Ms she informed me and showed me heavy mice droppings in the pantry closet and under the kitchen table. I placed rodent bait stations in these areas. Behind the stove I saw an opening that mice looked like they chewed through in the wall. I used copper mesh and sealed off that opening. I also placed a rodent bait station behind the stove. A bait station was placed under the sink sink cabinet and one on each shelf in the pantry closet where mice droppings were observed. I recommend using expandable foam around the pipes on the pantry to seal off that entry way. I also applied gel bait along the back of the counter for roach activity. On the downstairs bathroom I sealed off a small opening at the bottom left side of the door frame that mice may have chewed through as well. On the bedroom down stairs I applied gel bait where Ms
