Hello! Today I was here for your initial pest service. First I placed 8 MBS interior throughout the basement, kitchen, office area, and attic to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Then I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the basement, kitchen and office area as a preventative for all general pest. Next I gave you 3 ant traps so you can place in areas where ant activity was noticed to help eliminate them. Then I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Last I placed two exterior RBS around the property to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Please allow 10-14 days for the materials to take full affect. On todays visit, I inspected and treated interior and exterior. I began by treating the back apartment for roaches and mice. The conditions in the apartment were conducive to rodent and roach activity, given that there was human food and water sources out. It is important for this tenant to ensure food and drink are kept to the kitchen only and that all of it is cleaned and put away in sealed containers after use. I placed 3 mouse bait stations in this apartments kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. I treated it with a liquid application against roaches also; then placing glue boards to monitor activity. After this, I made my way up to the front apartment. He said that he didn’t have any current issues, but I decided to place glue boards to see if there were any insects that go on them. I then went to the barber shop and placed a mouse bait station in ceiling in back by fridge (need 6 ft ladder to get it). I also placed glue boards around the shop to monitor for mouse activity. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Also, removed all visible spider webs around home. Did first and second floor of 1651 and first floor only for 1645. Second floor tenant had left before I arrived. On today’s visit I inspected and treated interior and exterior. Inspected for termites and no activity at this time. I installed 4 termite monitors around the house. Applied liquid application in kitchens and bathrooms of all apartments except second floor apartment of 1645. I then applied roach gel bait to the cabinets of first floor 1645 because they did not follow the prep sheet and I was unable to liquid treat in most areas. I treated exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Also, removed all visible spider webs around home. Please allow 2 to 3 hour dry time and 10 to 14 days for treatment to reach full effect. I recommend returning in 2 weeks, since the infestation in first floor apartment of 1645 was very bad.
