Good morning Melinda this is CJ and I stopped by to treat the yellow jackets on your property. A sizable hive has established itself behind the window frame in the back of the house. And there’s another high established in a soffit further back. I provided a slow acting liquid treatment to these areas.Over the next few days, the wasp will dragthe residue into the hive and kill it off. If you still see activity after five days, call us back to hit it again.
Today completed your quarterly pest inspection and treatment service. It was nice speaking with you today. I went around the house and knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs. I checked and replenished your exterior rodent bait station, which showed moderate signs of rodent activity. I checked your interior mouse bait stations, which they all showed activity. I will schedule a two week follow up to monitor the activity as the mice that were inside the home, their population may have been diminished and will no longer be entering to the basement. I also treated the exterior of your home with a liquid residual to prevent ants and general seasonal pest. Give this treatment up to two weeks to take full effect. Thank you for choosing Green pest solutions. This is CJ and I stopped by for an initial service that included : A check for cobwebs, wasp, or bee activity . Installation of rodent bait stations. (By condenser. Inside: water heater, under steps, by left storage door) A liquid treatment to the foundation of the home . An inspection of the interior: one dead mouse was found in the unfinished storage area. I placed mouse bait stations in the unfinished areas of the basement. I placed a glue monitoring board in the attic. An inspection of the exterior: I found a gap in the refrigerant line entering the home from the back door. I stuffed it with copper mesh and placed an exterior rodent bait station underneath it for monitoring. Please give today’s treatments 10 days to see their best results. And will be back in 30 days to check up on all monitoring and scale treatment as needed.

An inspection of the interior: As the home is a new construction, there is little evidence of past or current pest activity. Mouse bait stations replaced under sinks and unfinished area in the basement. One bait station under the kitchen sink. And one bait station by each garage door. Glue monitoring boards replaced under the sink in each second floor bathroom and laundry room. The attic at this time is not safely accessible. An inspection of the exterior: There were three stinging insect activity in the soil against the foundation of the home that had already been treated last year . Good morning, my name is Ryan and it was very nice to meet you both! Today I completed your initial premium plus pest service by first checking the basement for termite activity. No activity was found interior or exterior at this time, but I did install 4 termite monitors to be checked every service. Next, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat spiders and general invader pests around the basement baseboards and garage baseboards. No other interior issues at this time! I then went around knocking down any cobwebs and spiderwebs from windows, doors, eaves and garages. I was able to knock down that wasp nest in the light and mud dauber under the front window. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants, spiders, stinging insects and general pests around the exterior foundation, windowsills, eaves and under the deck.
