I met Carlos for the first time today and he really left a great impression for the company. He was friendly and asked exactly what we were dealing with (wasps). He explained what attracts them, how to tell if they're making a home vs just seeking materials to build a home elsewhere, and how to deter them from coming to these areas. He also took the time to figure out what was attracting mice to our shed and chose the right method to deter and kill them. I was impressed and very please with the visit. Thank you for having trained him well and for having such a competent member on your team.
