Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next I inspected both exterior RBS and there was minimal rodent activity but I placed fresh bait in both stations as needed.
