Green Pest Solutions satisfied customer for 3 years. Today they sent Colleen Welsh to do quarterly treatments for mice and ants. She is the third person to make a service call since the end of Feb. 2025. She answered my questions in detail. She gave me insight into ant and mice behavior that she was using to personalize the pest solution for my house. She explained what to expect and look for after this treatment. Green Pest Solutions is lucky to have her as an employee. I am requesting her for any follow up visit if needed and the next quarterly visit.

I was very happy with the service from Green Pest Solutions. I filled out a contact form late at night and received a call the next day. They were able to come out 1 day after that to spray for ants. We had never had ants before but this year they showed up in force. The spray was completely outside which was important to me due to our pets. We have not had any issues since about 2 days after the treatments.

Upon inspecting the exterior of your home I noticed four ant trails outside, one them which led into your heating room. I used a gel bait on the trail on the outside as well as the inside where they were gathering. I treated the exterior foundation line of your home with a liquid residual to help prevent ants and general invaders. Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next I left 5 glue boards in the mail box per your previous request. Last I inspected the exterior RBS and there was no rodent activity but I placed fresh bait in the station as needed.
