Green Pest Solutions satisfied customer for 3 years. Today they sent Colleen Welsh to do quarterly treatments for mice and ants. She is the third person to make a service call since the end of Feb. 2025. She answered my questions in detail. She gave me insight into ant and mice behavior that she was using to personalize the pest solution for my house. She explained what to expect and look for after this treatment. Green Pest Solutions is lucky to have her as an employee. I am requesting her for any follow up visit if needed and the next quarterly visit.

Thank you for choosing Green pest solutions. This is CJ and I stopped by for an initial service that included : A check for cobwebs, wasp, or bee activity . Installation of rodent bait stations. (under kitchen sink, four corners of the basement. Behind AC condenser. Snap traps flaking the attic door.) A liquid treatment to the foundation of the home . Use of granular baits to control for pavement and carpenter ants around the property. An inspection of the interior: Mouse activity apparent against the wall in along the ceilings of the basement. Multiple points of possible ingress we will use the monitoring stations to deduce most frequently used point of entry. The bait will also cut down on the size of the population around and in the home. Mouse activity is also apparent around the door to the attic. Snap traps were replaced on either side of the door. Today I completed your initial pest inspection and treatment services. It was good talking with you today. I inspected the interior and exterior of your home for any issues you’re having today. Upon inspecting the exterior of your home I noticed four ant trails outside, one them which led into your heating room. I used a gel bait on the trail on the outside as well as the inside where they were gathering.
