Today’s service included removing spider webs and treating the exterior foundation for general pest prevention. Changed out the interior and exterior rodent bait. Good afternoon. It was nice speaking with you today. Your initial pest control service was completed this afternoon. I inspected the interior and exterior and found no signs of termite activity or rodent activity at this time. I did observe an exterior penetration near the air conditioning that we spoke about. I installed four termite monitors to help monitor termite activity on the exterior. I removed any visible cobwebs from the porch and underneath the deck. I applied a liquid residual treatment and aerosol form to the carpenter B holes on the side of the gate for carpenter bee activity, A different liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows and the sides of doorways of the home for General pest control.

On today’s visit, I inspected and treated exterior of house. I began by inspecting the exterior for any issues. Some bushes/plants are too close to the house. I recommend trimming them 12 inches or more to reduce conducive conditions for insects. After this, I applied a liquid application against seasonal insects and replenished exterior rodent bait stations on both sides of house. The stations had mild feeding. On today’s visit, I inspected and treated exterior. I began by inspecting termite monitors and I am pleased to report no activity at this time. I then applied a liquid application to exterior foundation; making sure to also do so on the deck. After this i replaced 2 damaged termite monitors. On today’s visit I inspected and treated interior for clothing moths and exterior. I inspected for termites and no activity at this time. I placed 4 termite monitors around the property. I started by inspecting for clothing moths. Moderate activity found downstairs and upstairs. I treated closets, carpets, couches (on and under) cabinets and baseboards. I was unable to treat the walls and shelves in closets due to items still being inside. I did treat the corners of closets where I could. Please ensure to follow prep sheet for best results. It is also crucial that you vacuum on a consistent basis to help lower activity. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Also, removed all visible spider webs around home.
