We are new to Green Pest and are very pleased so far. Can we please have Tim as our regular technician? We found him to be very caring, knowledgeable and professional. Also, I don’t know what is about him, but he seems to be the only person who has ever come to our house that our dog also liked.

I use your sister company Green Lawn and they are amazing so I decided to call the pest side and I was amazed! Johnny was our technician and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and offered great recommendations. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. Hello! Today I performed your quarterly premium pest service.I started on the interior, inspecting the bathroom, as well as the unfinished basement portions. The bugging question is a tobacco wireworm. These are in the click beetle family and tend to be crop pests. However, they can also breed in moisture as well as loose, damp soil. While inspecting the bathroom, I did note a fungus gnat as well. There’s a chance that there is an area of piping with standing water or potentially a moisture leak somewhere leading to the bathroom. By finding and eliminating moisture and conducive breeding sites, you should be able to eliminate both the fungus gnats, as well as potentially the tobacco wireworms. I also recommend a small dehumidifier for the corners of the basement to tend to gather moisture.I maintained exterior rodent bait stations, brushed down spider webs, and inspected the exterior of the home. Today I completed your premium pest control service. I spoke with Mrs. she reported no interior issues, but asked me to check garage and basement. Inspected the bait stations and glue traps in garage and basement and replaced the glue traps that had general insect activity. The bait stations in the garage had no activity at this time. I dusted for cobwebs around exterior of the home. I inspected both exterior rodent stations which had a minimal to moderate activity. I treated the exterior foundation with a liquid residual for general insect prevention. Please allow 10 to 14 days to see the best results.
