Good afternoon, today I completed the premium plus initial service. I removed visible of the exterior to reduce spider activity. I installed three termite monitors along the perimeter, these will be inspected at quarterly. I applied a non-repellent solution along the baseboard and windowsill in the master bedroom to target ant activity. I also applied a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants and other general pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the results of this treatment.
