Good morning, today I completed the premium plus initial service. I inspected the house for rodent activity, I found rodent droppings in the attic, kitchen and basement. I placed three rodent bait stations in the attic entrance, one underneath the oven, three around the sill plates in the basement storage room, and one in the fuse box closet in the basement. Found no activity in the garage but I placed three rodent bait stations along the garage doors. I placed three large rodent bait stations around the exterior perimeter: by the shed, by the HVAC, and on the front right corner of the house. I installed four termite monitors around the perimeter of the house, these will be inspected every quarterly. I removed a large amount of cobwebs to reduce spider activity. I applied a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants and other general pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the results of this treatment.
