Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire home from top to bottom along the baseboards as a preventative for all general pest. Next, I placed 7 MBS throughout the basement and garage to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Next I placed 10 glue boards throughout the garage to monitor any pest activity. Then I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, shed, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, shed, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next, I added an exterior RBS to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Last I installed four exterior termite monitor around the property to monitor for termites every visit moving forward.
