I inspected and treated floors throughout the entire house including the basement and front screened in porch with a liquid residual with a IGR, a growth inhibitor for flea activity. Hello, today I performed your initial pest control service. I did a thorough inspection especially for termites, no signs of current or previous activity. I set up termite monitors on the corners of the home and three large rodent bait stations around the exterior of the home. On the interior I set up mi e traps and baits throughout for mice activity as well as rat traps for visible signs of humor rats. Observed around 20 rats throughout the home during at up. Please schedule weekly follow-up to have all rodent traps and baits checked till situation improves if possible please improve general housekeeping and clean out laundry room where numerous rats are nesting.
