Good evening. Today I was out to perform your initial pest control service. I did a thorough inspection especially for termites, no signs of damage or activity. Treated the exterior perimeter of the home front and back including around windows, doors and soffit with a liquid residual for ants, spiders as well as general pests. On the inside I treated the entire main floor and upstairs as well as the garage with a liquid residual for mainly roaches as well as general pests. No other issues found. Good morning. It was nice to meet you today. I was at your home to complete your scheduled pest service. I knocked down any webbing on the exterior of the home. I also applied a liquid residual for ants and other general pests to the exterior of the home and sheds. Please allow up to two weeks for the residual product to take full effect. I checked all interior rodent stations and glue traps on all floors, finding no sign of activity. I also added two glue boards to the interior to monitor activity. I checked exterior rodent bait stations, as well, finding no activity. I changed all bait on the exterior to a different product. Please advise afterward of any new or increased activity. This will aid in the elimination and of any current or future termite colonies that may infest the home. It may take 90 days from the start of feeding to eliminate a termite colony. Also set up two large rodent bait stations on the exterior as well as termite monitors on the corners of the house. On the interior I set up MBS bait stations and traps in the garage and attic storage area as a preventative for mice activity. No other issues found.
