Good morning Mike today I completed your premium pest service. I treated both the interior and exterior for rodents and all of the general pest. Started by inspecting all interior stations in the garage and basement. Heavy Feeding on all stations. I did add bait to each one. On the exterior, I replenished all three stations on the property. Moderate feeding on all. I added fresh bait here as well. I also sealed up three possible entry points at the front of the home near a bait station, and near the downspouts. I also applied a liquid residual solution to the entire exterior foundation of the home. This will help eliminate ants and any other seasonal insect that may arise. Good morning my. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I knocked on the door but no one answered today. I started off inspecting the exterior. Noticed a bush touching the front right side of the house. Recommend trimming it back at least 1 foot from the house to reduce the conditions for insects and other pests from entering the house. I then inspected the exterior bait stations which had heavy feeding. I replenished all the bait. I then applied a liquid repellent treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. On todays visit I treated basement, kitchen and exterior. I treated baseboards in kitchen, basement and garage; also, applying ant gel bait under island counter where activity is seen. I replenished the ant bait stations and also the rodent stations on exterior (heavy activity). I then plugged hole in front and side of house with copper mesh. I believe, a large part of the reason for the ants in the kitchen island, has to do with the patio right out back, drainage around this area and around the entire house, along with vegetation touching up against the foundation (e.g. moss).
