Today I completed your initial service for your premium plus program. I inspected all the areas of concern and found evidence of ants in the master bedroom bathroom, living room area, and basement. I applied a spot treatment around these areas to help prevent and eliminate the activity. I also, placed ant bait stations in the basement drop ceiling where I found a lot of ants as well as the master bedroom bathroom l. I then knocked down all the visible cobwebs and wasp nests on the exterior. I noticed you had a gap by the garage door so I went ahead and placed two mouse bait stations to help keep the mice activity away from your home. I made sure to apply an exterior liquid application around all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help eliminate the ants and other seasonal pest activity. I highly recommend trimming all overgrown vegetation one foot back to help control the ants. Lastly, I installed termite monitors on each Conner of your home so we can monitor

Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced interior exterior home for rodent activity. Started off by inspecting kitchen, basement, and garage potential rodent activity. Invisible droppings found in all three areas at this time. Also, inspected for termite activity while inspecting basement and report that none was found at this time. sealed entry points under kitchen sink and installed rodent bait stations to basement, garage, as well as exterior to help control activity. Sealed two possible entry points along exterior foundation, and behind HVAC unit on left side of home to help control activity as well. Monitors were installed to each corner of home, and visible spiderwebs were removed. Completed one time service today. Inspected and serviced interior and exterior for yellow jacket breach. Yellow jackets breaching from under windowsill in back room. Area was self treated by contractors as well as exterior entry points was spray foam by contractors. Used aerosol in side of breach and sealed area with painters tape.
