He does an amazing job inside and outside of my home!!! He spent 80 minutes baiting the house and explaining all that I should do to keep my house free of bugs and mice!!!! If I’m not home he still does a great job never skimps !!! An amazing employee!!!

I also inspected and service one exterior rodent bait device on the outside of your home, and no activity was noted at this time. I inspected all termite monitoring devices, and no termite activity was noted at this time. Please allow two weeks for treatment to be effective. I also applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation of the home and garage. Please allow one to two weeks for treatment to take effect. I also applied a liquid residual treatment around the structures for carpenter bees and wasps as well. I installed four termite monitoring devices on the exterior of the home. I swept away spider webs and wasp nests as needed. I applied a repellent solution around the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I also checked the termite monitors (I had a replace one of them due to damage/missing) and found no activity at this time. I checked the exterior rodent bait station and found it empty. I replaced the bait. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with (or close proximity to) the house at least 12 inches. This will help prevent pests from entering your home. As such, I completed your initial pest service and inspection. I swept away spider webs and wasp nests as needed. I applied a repellent solution around the perimeter of your home and detached garage at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. I also applied a different repellent solution to all accessible floors in the house targeting fleas. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I installed termite monitors at approximately each corner of the house. I reused existing exterior rodent bait stations located on the left side of the house near the air conditioner unit and on the right side near the back door.
