I treated exterior perimeter, around windows and doors with liquid residual for spiders, general and seasonal pest activity. Added 2 large rodent bait stations to exterior. Also sealed holes on exterior with copper mesh. Then gave you snap traps and glue boards for mice. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for full effect. Good afternoon it was nice meeting you, I completed your initial service today. I inspected the interior of the house, and found the two holes on the stairs that lead to the crawlspace. As the spots are too big for me to repair, I would suggest having your landlord help with this. During my inspection of the basement, I found a possible rat nest under the house in the crawlspace. I placed a rodent bait station in this crawlspace and put another station on the back side of the house. As a reminder, the first quarterly technician will be here in about a month. I also treated and removed a paper wasp nest I noticed in the eaves of the house. I checked the gazebo as well, but found no bee activity at this time.
