Raina was super helpful. We have a house with beautiful wooden floors and we’ve been noticing some carpenter ants. She inspected the entire house for any type of pest damage and talked us through the best treatment for our issue. She had such a positive attitude and the service was great. I inspected throughout the interior and exterior of the home for evidence of termites and found none. I placed four termite monitoring stations at each corner of the home. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution targeting roaches, ants, and other insects throughout the interior of the kitchen, garage, living and dining rooms. I also placed four glue boards in the kitchen to monitor roach activity. I added two roach bait stations as well. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. I also spot-treated a carpenter bee hole in the wooden board under the back door. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. You may see a spike in activity following treatment; this is normal, as the products can agitate the insects, but the activity will
