Today I completed your pest control service. First I walked around the house with a web brush removing all visible webs. I then applied a liquid residual treatment to the exterior foundation. I have also applied an ant gel bait in the kitchen where an activity was seen. I’ve then replenished the bait in the exterior bait station, which showed moderate feeding activity and checked the termite monitoring stations, which showed no termite activity This treatment will help eliminate and control general pests activity. It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I installed (17) termite bait stations around the perimeter of the home. This will aid in the elimination and prevention of any current or future termite infestations. It can take up to 90 days from the start of feeding to fully eliminate a termite colony. Swarming during this period is normal and should be expected. I applied a liquid residual around the exterior of the home. This will aid in the elimination and prevention of various pests such as ants and other surface crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items located against the foundation of the home as well as any flowering plants. I inspected around the exterior of the home for any major gaps or entry points. My only recommendation is to reroute the rear gutter above porch so water doesn’t collect and pool under deck and also to replace rotting timbers at front of house. Good morning, my name is Mark and I’m sorry I missed you. I’m here to perform your Quarterly Pest Control Service. The service entails removing visible cobwebs around entryway, treating the exterior perimeter, window & door trim, the deck, (if there’s one) and eaves with a liquid residual application. This treatment will assist in controlling pests activity, such as, ants, boxelder bugs, centipedes, crickets, spiders, general pests, and stink bugs. Please allow two weeks to let the treatment have its full effectiveness. I also inspected the exterior bait stations for rodent activity. Both were empty. Today I inspected your home for mice activity. I refreshed the bait in all bait stations, interior and exterior. No activity was found in the interior stations. All 3 exterior stations around the garage was empty. The two stations on the house had moderate activity. I added some glue traps in the walk in closet and let a few to replace when needed. I recommend sealing the holes in the basement that I pointed out. I also added snap traps in the basement and attic area. Please allow this treatment 2 weeks to take effect. Good morning. Today I treated interior with liquid residual treatment around baseboards appliances cabinets utility lines and other places roaches will hide to eliminate roach activity. Applied roach gel bait in cabinets to assist in elimination. Treated exterior perimeter with liquid residual treatment around foundation windows and doors to prevent general pest issues.
