I installed bait stations to the front and back of the home. I placed a few where workers were present. I removed a few paper wasps nests that were not active. Good afternoon, it was nice speaking with you today! I completed your quarterly service today. You reported hearing mice in the walls, specifically on the left side of the house towards the garage doors. Upon inspection, I found sizable gaps at each garage door large enough for rodent entry. Due to the nature/location of these gaps, I was unable to stuff them with copper mesh. I’ve attached photos for your reference. I recommend having these repaired, as this allows mice easy access to the home. I swept away any cobwebs I saw on the exterior. I also inspected all termite monitoring stations and found no termite activity at this time. One of the monitors was damaged, so I replaced it. I checked the exterior rodent bait station as well. Due to moderate activity, I replenished it with fresh bait. I then treated the exterior perimeter and eaves of the home, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks fo
