On todays visit, I inspected and treated kitchen, bathrooms and exterior. I noticed that there was vegetation touching the house. Please trim this back at least 12 inches to reduce conducive conditions for insects. Also, I do recommend power washing the back deck and bilco doors to reduce conducive conditions for the ants. I began by applying ant gel bait to kitchen counters, baseboards, window trim and door trim. After this, I applied ant gel bait to bathrooms; walls, windows and bathtub. I then applied a liquid application as a spot treatment under radiator in kitchen: also doing so in the little closet upstairs. I went outside and treated the exterior foundation with a liquid application; also treating underneath deck to systemically attack ant populations that may be present thereunder. I treated all interior baseboards with a liquid residual solution that will help eliminate the roaches and all other seasonal insects that may arise. I added gel to your existing roach bait stations and cabinet hinges. I also exchange all glue boards throughout the kitchen perimeter. Heavy roach activity on each. I recommend using a garbage can with a lid to help eliminate any possible food source. I also treated the exterior perimeter. I knocked down all visible webbing and added fresh bait to your exterior bait station. There was minimal feeding. I applied a liquid treatment to the entire kitchen perimeter. Treated all cabinets and all major appliances. Placed multiple roach bait stations throughout the kitchen perimeter. I also treated your cabinet hinges with gel to help eliminate the roaches by feeding. Multiple glue boards through throughout the perimeter to help catch and monitor and insects moving through the areas. I recommend having a garbage can with a lid and not leaving any dishes in the sink at night. This will eliminate any possible food source for the roaches. These will tell us if you have any termites in the property. Next, I applied a liquid residual solution to the exterior foundation, this will help eliminate any seasonal insects moving through the treatment. I also placed 3 large bait stations on the exterior perimeter. These will help eliminate the rodents by feeding. I did locate multiple entry point but they’re very large and will need to be sealed by a contractor or yourself.
