I applied a liquid repellent solution throughout the entire interior of the home and detached garage, targeting spiders and general insects. I also gave you some glue boards, per your request. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I also checked the exterior rodent bait station. It was damaged, so I replaced it with a new one filled with fresh bait. I then treated the exterior perimeters of the house and detached garage, as well as around doors and windows, with a different liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. The stations in the garage were empty, and the one on the landing had moderate feeding. No activity found in the others. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I also checked the exterior rodent bait stations. Due to heavy activity, I refilled them both with fresh bait. I then treated the exterior perimeter of the home, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. Good afternoon, I completed your monthly pest control service today. I inspected all interior bait stations. One by the front door in the appliance store and the one in the basement had minor feeding. I replaced the bait in these stations, as well as a few others due to the bait being old. I also examined all glue boards in the restaurant and found no activity of concern. One glue board had one centipede on it, so I replaced it with a new one. No issues reported on the interior anywhere at this time. I checked the exterior rodent bait stations as well and replaced bait as needed. There was heavy feeding outside the appliance store, with little to none outside the restaurant. I then treated the exterior perimeter of both buildings with a liquid residual for general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect.
