technicians seem to have different prescriptions for types of ant nests/ colonies. As a customer I am not convinced that the control plan for my property is effective as it seems to be inconsistent.

Good afternoon, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your initial pest control service today. I inspected throughout the interior and exterior and found no evidence of current termite activity. I placed four termite monitoring stations at each corner of the house. I also inspected the interior of the home for roaches, and found no signs of activity. I placed four glue boards throughout the kitchen to monitor for any roaches. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw, as well as two old bald-faced hornet nests. I also inspected the exterior for any gaps around the foundation mice could use to enter, and I stuffed those I could with copper mesh. As we discussed, there are several larger gaps I was unable to seal, and I recommend having these repaired by a professional. I added two large bait stations to the exterior as well for rodent control. I then treated the exterior perimeters of the house and detached garage, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual f

I also inspected the existing termite monitoring station and found no termite activity at this time. The other three monitors were damaged, so I replaced them. I refreshed the bait in the exterior rodent bait station as well. There was no feeding to be found. I then treated the exterior perimeter of the home, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. I also moved all the exterior rodent bait stations back against their respective buildings. The bait stations are designed to protect the structures from rodent activity. Mice tend to run along walls, as they don’t have very good eyesight and use their whiskers to feel their way. If the bait stations are in the middle of the yard instead of against the structure where mice move, they will not be as effective. Rodents would be less likely to come across the bait. I refilled all four stations with fresh bait as well due to minor feeding. I then treated the exterior perimeters of all three buildings, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for general and seasonal pest activity.
