technicians seem to have different prescriptions for types of ant nests/ colonies. As a customer I am not convinced that the control plan for my property is effective as it seems to be inconsistent.

Hi good morning it was really nice talking with you today. Today I completed your premium pest service. I checked all the exterior bait stations by the garage house and stable. There is activity and all of them. I replaced some fresh bait. I also checked the interior bait stations inside the garage. There is no activity. I also sprayed a non-repellent solution around the foundation of your home to counter ants, spiders, centipedes, and other general pest. please allow 7 to 10 days for the results of this treatment. Also inspected interior rodent bait stations and found no activity at this time. Removed any cobwebs from around your house. I treated exterior perimeter, around windows and doors with liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. Inspected exterior rodent bait stations and refilled bait with new bait due to being empty. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for full effect.
