technicians seem to have different prescriptions for types of ant nests/ colonies. As a customer I am not convinced that the control plan for my property is effective as it seems to be inconsistent.

Today I installed four interior rodent bait devices on the sill plate areas of the unfinished portions of the basement. We will return to complete all exterior work due to thunderstorms. If you have any problems or any questions, feel free to give us a call. Thank you.
Good afternoon, it was nice speaking with you today! I completed your quarterly service today. No roach activity was found in any of the glue boards I placed. This is a great sign that the roach you found was likely a wood roach. These can sometimes enter accidentally, but can’t survive long indoors, so they will not infest your home. On the exterior of the home, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I also inspected all termite monitoring stations and found no termite activity at this time. I checked the exterior rodent bait stations as well. The station at the front of the house had light feeding, so I replenished it with fresh bait. The one on the rear had none, so I moved it to the right side of the home to see if we have better success there. I then treated the exterior perimeters of the home and detached garage, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. Good afternoon, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your initial pest control service today. I inspected throughout the interior and exterior and found no evidence of current termite activity. I placed four termite monitoring stations at each corner of the house. I also inspected the interior of the home for roaches, and found no signs of activity. I placed four glue boards throughout the kitchen to monitor for any roaches. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw, as well as two old bald-faced hornet nests. I also inspected the exterior for any gaps around the foundation mice could use to enter, and I stuffed those I could with copper mesh. As we discussed, there are several larger gaps I was unable to seal, and I recommend having these repaired by a professional. I added two large bait stations to the exterior as well for rodent control.
