Keith Coleman was great! From the start of the treatment he was very informative and explained a lot! Very helpful and determining the areas of where the treatment was needed the most. I am glad we went the one year plan!

Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with carpenter bees, and carpenter ants. I started off inspecting the exterior. I saw an opening on the side of the house that mice can enter. I sealed it off with copper mesh. I then used an aerosol treatment around the eaves of the back porch to help with the wasp activity. I placed a large rodent bait station on the left side of the home behind the AC unit. I applied a liquid treatment to the eaves of the home for heavy carpenter bee activity. I then applied a granular bait to the front mulch bed to help with carpenter ant activity. No granular bait in the yard due to your daughters dog sometimes goes in the yard. I then removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect. Thank you for choosing green pest solutions. Have a great weekend!
On today’s visit, I replenished exterior rodent bait stations, bait station in the garage and bait station in shed. The station in shed was eaten, the station in garage had no feeding, and the exterior bait station by shed had moderate feeding; while the rest of the exterior rodent bait stations showed light and no feeding at this time. Today I was out to complete your premium plus pest control service. I started by installing termite monitors. Will inspect these on each visit. I applied a liquid treatment to the entire exterior foundation. This will help eliminate carpenter ants, and all other seasonal insects that may arise. There were no exterior entry points to seal up and I don’t have any recommendations for you as the property is well kept. I also treated all interior baseboards with a liquid residual solution that will help eliminate a carpenter ants and all other seasonal insects as they moved through the treated areas. I also put down glue boards at each entry point in the garage. Please allow 10 to 14 days for best results. On todays visit I inspected and treated interior and exterior. I began by inspecting the kitchen, basement, garage and exterior for any entry points/droppings. Your daughter mentioned that that she cleaned the droppings up behind the stove, but that they were there. I placed a bait station behind the stove that will serve to eliminate mice and show us where the activity is. She mentioned activity in the basement and bathroom upstairs. I placed mouse bait stations in basement and bathroom. After this, I inspected the exterior for entry points and found that the garage door doesn’t shut completely and that there was a small gap in door leading to garage. I placed 2 mouse bait stations in garage and 1 exterior rodent bait station by garage door on exterior. I then applied a liquid application against seasonal insects.
