On today’s visit I inspected and treated interior and exterior. I inspected for termites and no activity at this time. I installed 4 termite monitors around the house. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. I also spot treated hole where yellow jackets were entering and exiting. After about 2 to 3 days, the wasps should become lethargic, 5 to 7 days activity should die down significantly, and 10 to 14 days, the nest should be neutralized. If there is activity after 10 to 14 days, please call us back for a re treat. Additionally I added 3 mouse bait stations inside; 1 under kitchen sink, 1 under couch in living room and 1 above laundry area in unfinished ceiling. I then plugged up 2 areas on exterior that could be considered intrusion points. Also, removed all visible spider webs around home. Please allow 2 to 3 hour dry time and 10 to 14 days for treatment to reach full effect. I hav

Good morning, Today I completed your initial premium pest service. I treated the exterior for yellow jackets. I started by inspecting for any entry points and any pest activity. No entry points where found on todays inspection outside of void in the siding where I saw wasp moving in and out of. I treated the wasp entry point throughly with a liquid residual that will help eliminate the wasps as they move through the treated area. I also treated the rest of the exterior foundation with a liquid treatment as well. This will help eliminate any seasonal insects that may arise. I also removed all visible webbing from the exterior perimeter. I recommend trimming all vegetation one foot away from the home to help with future pest concerns. Insects will use vegetation as a bridge into the home. Please allow 7-10 days for best results. If the wasp issues persist after about a week please hesitate to contact us. On today’s visit, I placed mouse bait stations in basement sil plates. Mice typically use this area like a “highway”; following each other based on the pheromones they leave behind. The stations will help us to identify where the most feeding occurs and it kills them. I located an intrusion point and uploaded a picture up onto your account.
