Today I completed your one time service for wasps. It was a pleasure to meet you and good talking with you today. I created a small hole in the soft spot in the ceiling to create a small breach for me to treat the area with an aerosol. This was to deal with the active wasps currently nesting in the ceiling. I then treated the exterior eave that they were using to enter an exit with a liquid residual to deal with the remaining wasps. The exterior treatment could take up to a week to take care of the remaining wasps. Once activity has died down I do recommended cutting out and patching the soft spot in the ceiling.
