I have had a termite service contract for approximately 9 years with Green Pest Solutions and have been pleased. The office staff are very pleasant. Sometimes it is difficult for service providers to find all of the canisters. Perhaps maps would be helpful.

Good afternoon Jeremy. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We addressed your concern of a baby mouse found in the kitchen. No other evidence was found at the time of inspection. We did place a mouse bait station in the crawlspace entry in the basement to help monitor and control any activity. Then we inspected the exterior of the home and found no major visible Entry points around the foundation. We placed three exterior rodent bait stations around the home to help control and monitor activity on the exterior. We did treat and remove a couple paper wasp nest from in your shed area. We treated the exterior perimeter of the home with a liquid residual insecticide to help control ants and other surface crawling insects. We do recommend trimming back any vegetation that is touching the foundation that can lead to pest hiding sites and activity. We treated that breach with a residual insecticide along with covering up with some tape to prevent any further entry. Then we treated the two entry points that we found on the back of the home with a liquid residual insecticide. Please allow these treatments 7 to 10 days to reach their maximum effectiveness.
