I have had a termite service contract for approximately 9 years with Green Pest Solutions and have been pleased. The office staff are very pleasant. Sometimes it is difficult for service providers to find all of the canisters. Perhaps maps would be helpful.

Hi, good afternoon, it was a pleasure speaking with you today. Today I completed your premium plus initial service. I inspected the kitchen for ants, I placed down three ant bait stations; on the window above the sink, by the sink, and under the stove. I also sprayed a non-repellent solution around the baseboards of the kitchen. I sprayed the basement with a non-repellent solution to target general pest. I also inspected for rodents, I saw no signs of rodent activity. There is a hole in the boarded up window in the basement, I sealed the hole with copper mesh, but I recommend finding a more permanent seal. Doing so will help prevent future pest activity. I also sprayed in the downstairs bathroom with the non-repellent to target general pest. I installed four termite monitoring systems around the four corners of your home, we will check those every quarterly visit.
