Good afternoon this is David with Green Pest Solutions. It was nice speaking with you. I completed your WDIR inspection. I found active termites under a paver at the back left corner of the house. As you agreed to, I installed 14 Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of your house. This system will provide protection against potential or existing colonies by completely eliminating them within approximately 90 days from the start of them feeding on the bait. Then I treated exterior perimeter, around windows and doors with liquid residual for spiders, general and seasonal pest activity. Refilled existing exterior rodent bait stations with fresh bait. Good afternoon, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your quarterly service today. I swept away any cobwebs I saw on the exterior of the house and barn. I also removed several mud dauber wasp nests. As requested, I inspected the exterior of the sunroom for yellow jacket activity, but found none at this time. I checked all four bait stations as well. Due to light activity, I replenished them all with fresh bait. I then treated the exterior perimeter of both the home and barn with a liquid residual for ants and other general pest activity. I was careful when treating to avoid the garden area. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. I recommend trimming back any vegetation that is in direct contact with the house to at least a foot away, as this will help prevent pest activity. I also removed one inactive hornets nest from a tree in the backyard as well as mud was tubes above above the front door. Please allow one week for treatment to be effective.
