I also inspected for evidence of termites and found none. I applied a liquid repellent solution targeting carpet beetles along all baseboards throughout the interior of the home. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I also placed four termite monitoring stations at each corner of the home. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. Good afternoon, Nice to meet you. Today I was here for your initial pest service. Mice was your main concern at this time. On the interior I placed bait stations where droppings were found. On the exterior I sealed up two possible openings and placed a bait station. I installed termite monitors to the perimeter. Allow time for mice to feed on bait and take effect. We will follow up on the progress at your next visit in 30 days.

I inspected all glue boards in the basement and garage and replaced them as needed, due to minor spider activity. I then applied a liquid repellent solution to the baseboards in the basement targeting spiders, centipedes, and other general insects. I refreshed the bait in the exterior rodent bait stations as well. There was no activity to be found in the station by the shed, but heavy feeding in the one by the house. I was unable to apply liquid treatment to the exterior today due to the rain, but we will return on a day with better weather to do so. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. Good afternoon, it was nice speaking with you today! I completed your quarterly service today. I inspected throughout the interior of the attic, basement, crawlspace, and garage. There was a few droppings found in the attic and crawlspace, with a moderate amount found in the basement. In order to find out if this activity is recent or old, I placed bait stations in the attic and basement. When we return, we will inspect to see if there has been any feeding. I also checked the existing bait stations in the garage and on the exterior; no activity was found in any at this time. I refreshed the bait on the exterior. I also inspected the exterior of the home for possible gaps mice could use to enter through. I’ve attached pictures of those found with labels depicting their locations to your account.
