I wish I could shout my experience from the rooftops😌 My husband is disabled, we have a large house, with a lot of ground, which he is no longer able to care for. We hire out A LOT! I found I had an ant 🐜 problem that I could not control, and after reading several reviews, trusting Home Advisor, and Tito contacting me minutes after my request. There was an appointment set for the next day. Marty showed up exactly on time, smile on his face, impeccably spotless, and gave my husband and I TONS of information we had no idea about. He took the time to explain EVERYTHING so we understood exactly what he was going to do and why! (Mind you, we have had other exterminators, none even in this realm or should I say CLASS.) Marty took his time and with care did so very much. I believe this Company is a Stand Alone Company, that has Very High Standards! Hello, today I was here for your quarterly service. I applied a load residual throughout the interior perimeter and exterior foundation of your home including doors and windows targeting ants and other general pests. I inspected and replenished the exterior rodent control device which had minimal activity. Please allow 10-14 days for the product to take effect. If you have any issues please contact our office. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Per your concern for ants in your in-law suite, an ant gel was applied throughout their kitchen and bathroom. Ant gel baited arenas were left on countertops to be moved wherever ants are being seen. Also a liquid residual treatment was applied throughout the basement and crawlspace for crickets. Glue boards were placed in those areas as well for monitoring purposes. Another liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior perimeter for seasonal insects. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. Per your concern for mice, a mouse bait station was placed in attic behind steps. And 2 larger stations were placed on the exterior. These stations will help control and monitor any small rodent activity. Please allow up to 10-14 days to see a decrease in activity. Hello, today I was here for your follow up. I applied a liquid residual throughout the seems of the mattresses, bed frames and box springs targeting bed bugs. I applied an aerosol solution as a knockdown throughout the carpeted areas targeting bed bugs. I could not treat sofas due to too much personal belongings on sofas. I was unable to properly treat certain areas due to mass amounts of personal belongings. If you need us to come back for another treatment I highly recommend decluttering areas to properly treat. Today I was here for your initial complete pest control service. After my inspection of basement and the exterior no signs of termites was found today. 12 Sentricon termite baited stations were installed around the exterior of home. These stations will help control and monitor any termite activity. And will be inspected on a later visit.I did inspect where I could for bedbugs. They were found on master bedroom mattress. A liquid residual along with an aerosol was applied to all bedroom mattresses, boxsprings, carpeted areas, and parts of couches. Because of the clutter and unprepped home, we couldn’t completely treat home. As advised, when we return in 2 weeks have home prepped please. We highly recommend washing, drying any clothes, bed sheets, and vacuuming as much as possible. This along with our treatments, will allow us to better treat for bedbugs, and solve issues faster.
