Good morning. Today I completed your monthly pest control service. I started off inspecting all exterior bait stations by the trash dumpster. The one station by the AC unit has heavy feeding, I replenished all bait. I noticed in one of the rat burrows there was a dead rat. So our baits are working at this time. I do recommend having tenants keep the trash dumpster completely closed so the rats can’t enter and feed off the waste instead of our baits.
